Who better to provide a detailed look at how Dynamics works for business?

Sierra Systems has been a proven Systems Integrator for Alberta’s Resource sector and related industries of over thirty years, supporting their most critical IT needs.
We established ourselves as a Gold Microsoft Partner for their Dynamics CRM and ERP business applications, and were awarded with the Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle for a third time in 2017. This award recognizes their top-performing Dynamics partners worldwide and represents the top 1% of partners. Our dedicated group of Dynamics consultants has collaborated with their Sierra colleagues across Office 365, Power BI, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies to create an informative demonstration of what these solutions are capable of, and it’s impressive.

Using a realistic resource-sector example, our team will portray a ‘day in the life’ scenario of various business processes from the Field to the front and back offices with typical employee roles demonstrating various Microsoft solutions in persona. Using capabilities and features from the latest Microsoft releases, our consultants enact and showcase how the digital transformation has changed workflows and communication in the resource-service sector, tearing down traditional silos at a break-neck speed.

Break-out sessions follow the presentation, where we deep dive into the various Microsoft technologies and engage in discussion with attendees on how these solutions may work for them. For those interested in the leading edge of digital transformation, interactive presentations are also offered on new cognitive services, explaining machine learning, IoT, facial recognition and other hot topics.

The event and solutions featured are geared towards mid- and large-sized companies, with sessions for both business and technical roles.

As someone who has had a front row seat to the growth and innovation with Microsoft technologies (particularly Dynamics CRM and ERP) over the last 15 years, I can honestly say that the last year as been the most exciting to date. It’s not only the pace of new features and capabilities being released, but more importantly it’s the coming together of so many key business applications and productivity tools more seamlessly than ever before. The availability of these solutions in the cloud via Microsoft Azure has only accelerated the possibilities of digital transformation and offers companies a whole new model for enabling business processes across their enterprise.

I am happy to extend this invitation to those in IT as well as managers from the field, & front and back office functional areas interested in digital workflow transformation, or business functional areas within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The event runs from 7:30 am to noon, Tuesday Nov 14th, 2017 at the Marriott in downtown Calgary – REGISTER NOW!
